No, Singapore Institute Of Technology is cheaper than Lasalle College of the Arts

1) variation in the courses they provide 

a) Lasalle College of the Arts is for arts student whereas Singapore Institute of Technology provides various degrees like engineering, health Science and etc.

2) Lasalle College of the Arts provides diploma, degree, post graduation courses to the arts student only
