It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs or Top colleges with this rank. You have to either go with top colleges accepting 12th score as you have quite good 12th score. You may have a chance in getting SSN college as you've a good percentage. Rest the quota category will get more benefits.

It all depends on the marks you scored in your 10+2 examination. the eligibility criteria for CSE course is that the candidate should have passed with science subject such as maths, physics, and English as a compulsory subject and the candidate should have got a minimum percentage 45%to 50 %.And for ECE the candidate should have got the minimum 55% marks in 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and maths as the main subject. There is also an entrance exam for the students.

Firstly you have to tell me the score you get in your 10+2 examination. If you got 50%-60% in 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and biology then you can easily fill the entrance exam for this course if you score below it then it is not possible for you to get admission.

It's not possible to get a free seat. But there are quite less chances for you to get admission in some government colleges and the fee structure would be less in case of government colleges.
