Hi Dinesh,
Yes, you can get a seat in NIT or Sathyabama Institute with this percentile. Fees structure is given by colleges as fee structure is different for different colleges.

There is no free seat for any student from any cateogery through AUEET. The fee is same for all if one gets admission through AUEET. So refer the broucher for all details. The fee is 1,67,000 for all students who gets admission through AUEET.

Which percentage are you talking about. If it's your boards percentage then it is enough to get into NIT after clearing JEE MAINS with good score.
If the marks mentioned above is JEE normalised score then it won't be possible to get into NIT . The normalised score for getting into any NIT should be more than 90. Moreover if CS IT is the branch you are concerned about , the score may be more than 95 even . I am talking about Normalised score and not marks . I hope it helped. Good luck.
