Why shift from Chemical engineering to software? Of course job prospects are better. I would advise you to go for SAP or network related course.

With you are subjects in 10+2 you are eligible to do any of the degree or diploma mentioned above to become a software engineer. You may work hard to do B.Tech CSE/IT from a prestigious engineering college.

For admission in Harvard University, the main thing is the required standardized test scores in either SAT or ACT. Normally, you are required to take two SAT subject tests.
