Yes, the Film and Television Institute of India offers course in sound design in Film Wing and TV Wing. As per official brochure of FTII, below are the course names in sound design.

  • Film Wing - MFA in Cinema in Sound Recording & Sound Design
  • TV Wing - One Year PG Certificate Course in Sound Recording & Television Engineering

To get admission to these courses, candidates have to apply and appear for FTII JET entrance exam.

Yes, the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) offers a course in Sound Recording and Sound Design. Candidates will have to clear the FTII JET exam to get admission in Sound Design course. The Sound Engineering Course in Sound Recording & TV Engineering will teach students about the various technical & aesthetic aspects of Sound, enabling them to create effective soundscapes.

FTII is also offering one year PG certificate courses in the following specializations under TV wing.
