Spain is home to three of the world's best b-schools - ESADE, IESE and IE. They are also among the best MBA job placement schools, I will suggest you take a look at the career reports of each. Spanish language is not compulsory as programs are offered in English but I will strongly urge you take up Spanish language classes for ease of communication and value addition overall. You will need to obtain a work permit from the Spanish Consulate in India itself. The student visa will allow you to only study and work part time and also internships. For obtaining work permit you must come back to India and contact the Spanish Consulate.

Your choice of country and university should be narrowed down by evaluating a number of things such as location, business school reputation, career outcomes, budget and so on. Remember that MBA courses are expensive. Germany and France are somewhat better options but that is my opinion. However, if you get through IESE, IE and ESADE in Spain, consider yourself lucky. Look at the business school websites located in these countries, check QS world ranking for the same and contact the admission advisors for placement assistance and international student status.
