Spain is not a very popular country for medical studies. You may look for options in UK or even Russia. Germany could be another very good option.

You must meet the job profile requirements and if you have it prospects would be good. Learning the local language is always a bonus point. Apart from the language make sure you have adequate qualifications and experience.
