After clearing the SPJET exam, students will shortlisted for further round, including personal interview and group discussion if they match the cutoff. The final selection is based on the SPJET scores obtained by the students, academic performance, work experience, and interview results. Having a work experience is not mandatory but is an added bonus. Candidates will be admitted to the SP Jain Global School of Management after the evaluation of all the selection rounds.

To prepare for the SPJET exam, students should study topics such as general awareness, verbal ability, data interpretation and logical reasoning. Practice previous years' question papers and sample papers which cover these topics. Students should follow business news and current affairs around the world to ace the exam.

The SPJET exam is conducted in the online mode. The duration of the exam is one hour or 60 minutes. There are six sections in the SPJET question paper and a total of 38- 40 questions. The total marks of the SPJET question paper is 100. Candidates who wish to appear for the SPJET exam need to visit the SPJET exam centre and take the exam in the CBT mode at the test centre.

Students who do not have a valid international passport can still apply for the SPJET exam. But, they must have a valid international travel passport before the commencement of the course. SP Jain School of Global Management offers an international level BBA course, hence, candidates should have a valid passport.

The application fee for the SPJET 2025 exam is USD 45. Candidates applying for the SP JET exam can pay the application fee online using a credit card, debit card or internet banking. Paying the application fee is a mandatory step in the SPJET application process as the application form will be considered invalid without it. There is no provision of paying the application fee offline.

No, there is no age limit to appear for the SPJET exam. The students who are appearing for the SPJET exam must have completed their Class 12 from a recognised board or institute. Candidates awaiting the Class 12 result are also eligible to apply for the SP JET exam and fill the SPJET application form.

The candidates appearing for the SP JET exam will be evaluated on the English language proficiency too along with the entrance exam. The following are the English language proficiency requirements for SPJET:

  • The overall IELTS score should be at least 6, with no band less than 5.5
  • The overall TOEFL score should be at least 60, with no band less than 20
  • The overall PTE score of 50, with no band less than 45

Yes, the SPJET exam has negative marking. The exam is conducted in the paper-based test mode. Each candidate will loose marks for every incorrect answer marked by them. Candidates must carefully read the question and then mark the answer. They also have the option to skip the question if they are not sure about it.
