Upon payment of the SRMJEEE registration fee and counselling fee, a Provisional allotment letter and fee receipt will be issued. Failure to pay the counselling fee within the stipulated time will lead to the cancellation of the allotment. The admission committee will allot the choice of campus, programme and specialisation based on the admission criteria such as SRM Joint Entrance Examination Rank, Qualifying Examination, etc. The Programmed allotment will be published in the Online Admission Portal (OAP).

The SRMJEEE admission committee will allot the choice of campus, programme and specialisation based on the admission criteria such as SRM Joint Entrance Examination Rank, Qualifying Examination, etc. The Programmed allotment will be published in the Online Admission Portal (OAP). Online Admission Portal (OAP) will be kept open for the candidates to fill the choice of campus and programme preference. Candidates have to accept the allotment and have to pay the one time non-refundable and non-transferrable registration fee and the counselling fee (part of tuition fee).

No, candidates must pay all fees online or by DD. No cash payment is allowed for the counselling process. The candidates who qualify for SRMJEEE must appear for the counselling rounds with their documents for verification. SRMIST is conducting the counselling online. For online counselling, candidates are informed the details through email or text messages. To participate in SRMJEEE counselling in online mode (SRM counselling), candidates have to register and pay the required fee.

No it is not mandatory to visit SRM University campuses for SRMJEEE counselling. The counselling process is online and the process is given below:
- Login to the portal: The candidate has to login to the application portal through the link applications.srmist.edu.in/btech
- Rank card download: Candidates can download the rank card through the mentioned online admission portal (OAP).
- Educational detail filling: Candidates have to fill in the educational details.
- Choice filling (programme Selection): Online Admission Portal (OAP) will be kept open for the candidates to fill the choice of campus and programme preference.

The documents required to appear for SRMJEEE 2026 Counselling include, B.Tech Counseling call letter, SRMJEE 2026 Rank card, Admit Card/Hall ticket of the +2 board examination, Mark sheet of Class 10 as proof of date of birth, Mark sheet of Class 12, Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar, Passport) and a cancelled cheque.

No, the SRMJEEE admit card will be available online only. No admit card will be sent to the candidates via post or any offline mode. Once the admit card is issued it will be the responsibility of the candidates to download the admit card. Candidates can check the steps below to download the SRMJEEE admit card: Visit the official website of SRMJEEE/SRMIST; Login with your login ID and chosen password; After the SRMJEEE slot booking exercise, candidates will get an option (on the screen) to download the exam admit card; Check all the details carefully on the admit card; Download SRMJEEE hall ticket and preserve it for all future purposes

Once the candidates have filled the online form and completed the slot booking for SRMJEEE exam, they are issued the admit card that has the exam date and time. Candidates have to follow all the instructions on the admit card and appear for the SRMJEEE exam accordingly. Apart from the SRMJEEE admit card, candidates must have any of the government-issued photo IDs with them. The ID card must be original, valid and not expired. Candidates must keep any one oh these handy: PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card/ Aadhaar Enrolment No/ Ration Card.

SRMJEEE is held as an online proctored test. Candidates will not have to visit any exam center for the exam. The remote proctored exam can be taken from the respective homes of the candidates. Candidates can attempt their exam either through Windows Laptop/Desktop or through Android Phone/Tablet.
