SSC Exam

The duration of Maharashtra SSC exam is three hours. Each subject carries a total of 100 marks, which are distributed between theory and practical exams. The exam duration is 11 am to 2 pm. The evening shift is held from 3 pm to 6 pm. 

Maharashtra SSC exam conducted in pen and paper mode. The exams are held for 3-hour duration for each subject. It is conducted in two shifts.

The Maharashtra SSC exam is generally considered as moderate. To qualify the exam, candidates need to prepare well. Over 16 Lacs students are appear in the exam.

Preparing for the Maharashtra SSC exam requires a structured approach. It should focus on completing the syllabus. Students must solve the previous years question papers. They should be thorough with the exam pattern.

Maharashtra SSC exams will be held twice a year as per NEP 2020. Students will be allowed to keep their best scores out of the two.

 Maharashtra SSC exam 2026 was held from February 20 across various exam centres in the state. It concluded on March 18. 

 The Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) will conduct the Andhra Pradesh 10th exams every year in the month of March/April. Andhra Pradesh SSC exam 2026 will be held between March 16 and April 1, 2026.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) distribute the GSEB SSC text books via schools. Students are advised to learn from the text books provided by the Gujarat board only.
