The minimum qualifying eligibility criteria for candidates to appear for SSC GD examination are - 

• The candidates must be at least 10th Pass from a recognised Educational Board.

Other eligibility criteria included the age limit of candidate i.e. 18 to 23 years.

As you have appeared for the exam so you must have verified documents, in that case you'll have to wait for the results. After results are out, if you clear the cutoff of your desired state you'll get placed there and will get your department.

The Staff Selection Commission changed the SSC MTS Tier 1 exam pattern and introduced partial negative markings in the SSC MTS Tier 1 exam. The Commission also changed the number of questions asked in the exam. The Commission divided the paper into two parts and fixed a separate timeline for each session.
