The Staff Selection Commission extended the SSC MTS 2024 application dates. The candidates can apply online for the exam till August 3, 2024. The SSC MTS 2024 notification was released online on June 27, 2024. The Commission activated the SSC MTS Havaldar 2024 application link with the release of the official notification.
The Staff Selection Commission is expected to conduct the SSC MTS 2024 exam in October/November.

The Staff Selection Commission conduct the SSC MTS Tier 1 exam online as a Computer-Based Exam (CBE). The SSC MTS exam is conducted in multiple shifts and Commission conduct normalisation of the marks to prepara a Common Merit List. The Commission release the SSC MTS answer key for each candidate separately.
The candidates can have the sets and hence the answer key to each set is released separately. The candidates can download their answer key by logging into the official website of Staff Selection Commission - ssc.gov.in.

The SSC JE 2025 Tier 1 exam will be conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The exam dates have not been announced yet. The application form for the SSC JE 2025 exam will be released tentatively in August 2025. The candidates who want to appear for the SSC JE 2025 exam must fill out the application online as there is no provision for offline application. The Commission will not consider any request to accept the application form by any other means.

The 3 stages in which the SSC GD exam held are:
STAGE 1: SSC GD Computer-Based Exam
The SSC changed the exam pattern for the SSC GD Computer-Based Exam (CBE) in 2022.
The changes are- Each question has been assigned two marks instead of one. There has been an increase in the maximum score from 100 to 160. The number of questions has been reduced from 100 to 80. Negative marks have been increased from 0.25 to 0.50 for incorrect answers. The duration of the examination has been reduced from 90 minutes to 60 minutes.
STAGE 2: SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST)

The SSC GD Constable Examination 2024 will be divided into 4 sections of 80 questions each . Each section will have 20 questions and a total of 160 marks .
Candidates will be awarded a +2 for every right answer and a -0.25 marks for every wrong one.
