Yes, F-1 students at DePaul University Chicago can work part-time. However, they are limited to work up to 20 hours per week during the academic year. This 20-hour work limit includes all positions, including Graduate Assistantships and stipend positions. On-campus employment includes all on-campus jobs such as assistantships and fellowships.
