With a 55% estimated acceptance rate, the University of Limerick is moderately competitive for international students. The moderate percentage shows that the university follows a moderately strict holistic approach while selecting candidates for undergraduate and graduate programs. Fulfilling the basic requirements including proof of high school completion or a bachelor's degree from a recognised institute or equivalent along with transcripts, work experience, and CV are the foremost criteria to select candidates at UL.

The PTE (Pearson Test of English) is considered a neutral test of English, as it does not favour either American or British English. Test-takers can use both American and British spellings, allowing them to select one style and apply it consistently throughout the exam without facing any penalties. This approach makes it an international English assessment that treats both dialects fairly.

No, the PTE personal introduction is not a scored task in the PTE exam. The task aims to familiarise you with the testing tools and technology. It involves reading a prompt and then recording your response on the mic but you don't receive scores for this section.

In majority of the cases, GMAT exam dates are available on weekends. However, during major festivals where its a national holiday, GMAT exam centres may be closed. The exam dates and slots are usually available for GMAT online if test centre is closed or unavailable.
