For UG students, there is no Oakland University application fee. On the other hand, the Graduate School does charge an application fee from international students which is USD 45 (Around INR 3,900). International students can apply online to this university. The documents that are required to apply to this university are:

For graduate academic programs that admit students on a rolling basis, the review process usually takes 2-3 weeks from the date the application file becomes complete. On the other hand, for the programs that review applications as a group, the review process begins after the deadline date and can take 4-8 weeks before the decisions are announced.

The applicants who want to take admission to UG courses must have completed high school. A 3.0 GPA or above is required. Also, meet the additional general criteria to take admission. On the other hand, for admission to PG courses, a Bachelor's degree is required for admission. GRE / GMAT scores may also be required. To meet the English language proficiency requirements, the applicants can submit IELTS / PTE / Duolingo / TOEFL scores with the minimum required score.
