Yes, Curtin University in Australia accepts the Pearson Test of English (PTE) for admission to its Master of Social Work (Qualifying) program:

There are some good colleges in Delhi NCE which offers B. Des programme and they have fees less than INR 5 lakes and they include colleges like NIFT Delhi (They have fees from INR 71,000-94,000), JD Institute of fashion Technology ( They have fees from INR  35,000 to INR 71,000), Delhi university which is the renowned university in Delhi ( Their tuition fees are INR 480) and like this there are other universities too like SGT University, Gurgaon, Pearl Academy Rajouri Garden and many more.

No, it is not hard to take admission at Temple University since it provides 80% international students.

Compared to other US universities it is having more chances for Indians to take admission so it is a great opportunity to grab.

Also the requerment of the Temple university is that you should be having a fluent english which is more than enough to get admission. So you should be focusing on that.

Yes, St. Francis Xavier University is generally less expensive than University of Montreal. St. Xavier provides scholarships to their students which is according to merit and they provide $500-$10,000 and it is being provided to both the national and international students. If we talk about tuition fees St Xavier ask for $10,135 and on the other hand Monetral University asks for INR 12.84-17.25 range. Other than this St Francis Xavier includes other expenses too like laundry, parking, meal plan, books and supplies.
