The SAT percentiles usually change annually, because this data is based on the number of applicants taking the SAT exam annually. Thus. the SAT scores and percentiles can vary accordingly. Applicants do not need to calculate their SAT percentiles mannually. The SAT score report usually consists of the percentiles that is generated by College Board.

Probably there is no such collgees in any country where you can do MBBS with such marks.I think you have to work on slef, re appear in the 12 exam and got approximately 45-50% because more as per eligibilty criteria atleast it should be happen.Moreover you can go google and check more and more, but very few situation where u got your colleges.
