Yes Germany has good part time work options for Indian students. Students can even work part time along with studies at German Uni-
- During studies- 20 hours per week
- During university holidays- Up to 40 hours per week
- No additional work permit needed as student visa include part time work rights
- You can work in any field of study or in general service jobs such as- cafes, restaurants, retail, warehouses, etc.
- Avg hourly wage in Germany- EUR 12–15 per hour (minimum wage is €12.41/hour as of 2024)
- Monthly earning at 20 hrs per week- About EUR 800–1,200 monthly
This can cover living expenses but is not enough to pay full tuition fees

Yes Germany offer good ways to permanent residency for international graduates-
•After graduation- You get 18 month Job Seeker Visa to find employment in Germany
• After finding a job: Apply for a Blue Card (EU Blue Card) if your salary meets the threshold (approx. €43,800/year for most fields; €39,682 for shortage occupations)
• PR through Blue Card: After 21 months of Blue Card employment (or 33 months normally), you can apply for a Settlement Permit (Niederlassungserlaubnis)
• Language requirement for PR: B1 level German language proficiency

•Typical student jobs pay: €12–18/hour depending on field and location
•Working 20 hrs/week: €1,000–1,500/month gross
•Tax-free income up to €11,604/year — students typically pay little to no income tax

No, Indian students cannot reapply in a later round within the same application cycle. The applicants are required to reapply for the next LBS admission intake.
The students wishing to reapply should be able to show significant improvements in GMAT or GRE scores and improved essays.

Indian students can start preparing for studies in Germany a year in advance of the planned intake. Mentioned below is a list of steps they can follow to plan their application for a German Uni.
- Choose a course and start prepping for IELTS
- Take the IELTS test
- Prepare your SOPs and LORs
- Apply to your favorite uni
- Accept the admission offer
- Open Germany blocked account, health insurance, and book a visa slot

Students who are late for paying their tuition fee will face a USD 150 (INR 14.1 K) fine, 30 days after the due date.
If unpaid balance remains, students will have to pay a 1% monthly charge on the same. In case the tuition fees remains pending for too long, NEU Uni can put a hold on a student's account. The university also has the right to de-register a student.

There are two main intake for Indian student in Germany as mentioned below-
• Winter Semester- Oct or Nov start. Application deadline- May–Jul for most universities. This is main intake. It has most programme available.
• Summer Semester- Mar or Apr start. Application deadline- Nov to Jan. Few programs are available but useful for students who miss winter intake.
• Private universities also offer rolling admissions and flexible start dates.
Please Note- Focus on Winter Sem as it has more programme options and more seats.

For the flagship MBA programs at London Business School, Indian students need to apply for the August intake which is usually the main intake of the year.
The applications for the same open in the previous September which generally span from September till April.
Indian students should try to apply as soon as possible to allow time for visa processing.
