No, getting yourself enrolled into 2nd year of a course at an organisation isn't that easy and for further information regarding it you can only do one thing and that is to enquire it yourself from the respective organisation in which you want to get admitted.

Dear Sobam, Each nation decides whether to permit foreigners to work there based on its own requirements. Americans and Britons both permit foreign nationals to work. Graduates of aeronautical engineering who work for NASA are included in this. On the other hand, foreigners are not permitted to work for ISRO or DRDO in India. I have no doubt that more nations will permit foreigners to work as the population of the world continues to decline. I wish you well.

Dear Dhruv, in fact, yes If you travel abroad to receive commercial pilot training, the DGCA of that nation will grant you a pilot's licence and a medical Certificate that are valid there. Typically, a licence that has been issued in one nation is also valid in others. This is due to the fact that all licences are given in accordance with standards established by ICAO, a global organisation in charge of organising air travel. I wish you well.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Apart from the only national Open University IGNOU there are 13 state open universities, regular universities too, that offer distance learning programs through Directorates of Distance Education (DDE) or Centers of Distance Education (CDE). Other open school universities which are accredited and are approved by UGC & AIU are also accepted by foreign universities. You may however be required to verify the certificates, credentials and should have transcripts as

Hello, I hope you are doing good. I would like to throw a light on admission procedure of foriegn universities which is way different than indiam universities. Foreign universities like harvard don't give admission only on based of academics score, academics score matters no doubt but only upto level. Things which are considered mainly are extracircular activities, STATEMENT OF PURPOSE (what you will to their university and country), Letter of recommendation and yes good band in proficiency test like ILETS. Harvard universities is very top notch and competition is very high, that's y make other backups too. Hope it helps.
