Your intentions are indeed great. But, unfortunately what you seek is not feasible. However, you can seek admission in first year in Canadian universities. For this I would like to advise you to approach a local agency dealing with sending students to Canada for graduation. Best wishes to you.

You are an engineering graduate with specialisation in IT. I feel, it would be best if you do your PG in IT only in Canada. First and foremost remove any negative thoughts. There is no single sure-shot formula for success. You have absolutely valid reasons for your break. Approach a reputed agency and start building your resume for a successful attempt to get admission in MS abroad. Best wishes to you.
