Hi,
Check with your college, if it allows inter-university migrations. The migrations are allowed after the completion of 2nd year i.e, 4th semester, but keep checking for any notifications.

The Licensing procedures in the non English speaking countries are very difficult for an Indian applicant. They authority may ask you to demonstrate the skill and proficiency in the Foreign language depending on rules. As being an non EU citizen it is very difficult to get a residency spot but if you are so keen in entering training in Netherlands go ahead.

The Quantitative Reasoning measure of the GRE or the Quant section of the GRE assesses High school mathematics and statistics basic mathematical skills, understanding of elementary mathematical concepts. It does not include trigonometry, calculus or other higher-level mathematics.

Firstly, improve your high school grades. Marks might not reflect your intelligence level but it surely speaks volumes about the efforts you have put in. So do well, in your board exams.
