You have mentioned that you have completed your MBA from Acharya Nagarjuna University from same subject. In view of this, I would strongly advise you to continue your doctoral research from the same university. It would be much simpler as you will be knowing the professors. However, if you want to go abroad for your doctoral research, then please approach an agency sending students abroad since there are many different aspects that these universities considered before giving admission and these agencies are aware of how to make your CV better. Yes, you can pursue MBA in Germany after completing B.Com. For an MBA programme in Germany, you would need to have completed the German equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subjects. Meaning, applicants must hold a four year Bachelor's Degree or a three-year degree with a one-year Master's Degree in Business Administration to apply for an MBA programme from a German University.
