After BA course in Canada, you would have a stay back period of 3 years. You could use that to work full time.

Yes, the gap is not any problem. Masters can be done at any age. But, your work experience is not sufficient then it can create a problem.

You have to give TOEFL/IELTS and GRE exam for admission. Do not go country wise rather go university wise and apply there. You can use this link:

I would suggest you to re attempt IELTS your scores are a bit low. The gap won't be an issue, provided you are able to show proof of the activities you did during that period.
