Hi,
Yes, you can pursue Diploma in Business in Canada after your class 12th and you can easily get loan for it, you just have to provide some collateral as for getting loan for foreign studies, you need to provide some collateral.

Hi,There are certain requirements for the admission in German University:-
Academics Certificate (class 10th, class 12th, Graduation and PG):- First of all you must have all your academic certificates original in your hand, if you have a good percentage in your academic then you are very lucky as you will have great chance to have a free MS degree in Germany.
