It's Indeed very nice to hear from you that it in spite of doing your diploma in the year 2006 you now wish to do your graduation in ECE branch of engineering. Here I would like to inform you about the situation in India. At the moment you are working in Kuwait and you can do such courses only by correspondence but UGC has once again reiterated that no professional courses including engineering can be offered by any distance learning university. Hence at least at the present I am afraid you cannot pursue your BTech via distance education mode.

We spoke with a number of international students and asked them what they wished they had known before arriving in the UK to study, and these are the top nine things you need to consider.
1. Plan your funding
2. Organise your student visa
3. Prepare for British life
4. Sort your student accommodation

They would advise you correctly besides taking care of these small issues so that you do get admission somewhere. Best wishes to you.
