Hi,
There could be many options such as Poland, Norway, Spain, Malaysia, Taiwan etc. Other competitive yet affordable compared to US could include Germany, Singapore and Canada. To be eligible for MBA, one must have a Bachelor's degree and a work experience of 2 years minimum. Applicants must also take GMAT. These requirements can differ widely from University to university. Also, not all MBA programs are good, you must check its recognition and employability. You can explore here https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/mba-in-abroad-dc11508.

Yes, provided it is MCI approved. If you plan to practice in India later, you must clear MCI screening test for which your foreign university must have been recognized by MCI. You can check MCI website.

It seems they require IELTS 6.0 (including 6.0 in each band of reading, writing, listening and speaking) for admissions. Please send them an email regarding your query. Pathway programs may be done.
