Hi, abroad is a broad and general term, first you need to have an understanding of country and university specific admission requirements which differ accordingly. You must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, have a first class for most good universities and must take the IELTS or TOEFL. Top business schools will ask for a GMAT score in addition. Projects, internships, extracurricular activities, good letters of recommendation, personal statement are also required and carry weightage during admission.

Hi, your IELTS scores seem fine. But, they are not the only criteria for admission. See that you have the relevant education background and good grades to apply.

You won't find any college or university which does not require class 12th score. Completing class 12th is mandatory. The grade requirements are generally high in Canada, also depends on how less you mean here. You cannot simply apply with a score of 45% or so, they won't accept. A minimum of at least 55% is required even for the decent colleges. Humber College. George Brown, Durham College, Algonquin College, Seneca College and many more can be considered for good undergraduate programs.
