In this North American country, you would need to check the minimum score requirement with the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB). These are national standards that are used to assess the English language proficiency of immigrants. A student visa for Canada would need you to score at least 5.5 in each of the four segments with an overall minimum score of 6.0 and above for undergraduate courses. For graduate courses, the same goes up to 6.5 and above with a minimum of 6.0 score in each of the four tests of IELTS.

Hello,
Please find the field that interests you because getting a degree without interest won't matter. If you are not having interest in any subject of computer science then there is no use to do higher education in the same field. For that you need to have good command on basics.

IELTS is an English Language Test. This is the test you need to qualify for your English fluency and Visa applications. Other than that, all the universities and business schools have their requirements which you need to fulfil. You can find all these with checking their website. You'll find all the related information there itself.
