You need to check the Sweden immigration website to find out the labour shortage list, mechanical engineering is one of the best sectors in Sweden and you will find opportunities in many sectors from automotive to biotechnology. Identify your own interest first, whether you like automobiles or aerospace, if you want to be in design or manufacturing. Figure out what to study accordingly.

It's low even for an undergraduate programme but colleges have bridging programs through which you can meet the requirements. You must also meet the percentage requirement in your academics. Only having an IELTS score is not enough.

The CGPA is too low, though you can apply but your application won't be accepted because of the low percentage. You can try other countries like Australia and if interested in Europe then you can try Poland, Ireland, Czech Republic, etc.

International applicants must provide IELTS or TOEFL scores. But for job related purposes you should check with an immigration agent, an authorized one.
