Abroad is a very wide term, you have to decide what to study and where. Go through numerous university websites, check the programs offered in your field, check the admission requirements, fees etc. Prepare for IELTS or TOEFL, these are English language proficiency test required to study abroad. There may other tests depending on where you want to study. You will also need a SOP and LOR.

Your grades are way below average to study in Canada. A minimum 75% is required. Also, there is no MBBS as such, you have to apply for a Bachelor's degree, clear MCAT and start your medical studies.

There is no MBBS in Canada. You have to complete your Bachelor's degree in biological science and then apply to a medical school, you must also clear MCAT.
Note that many medical schools do not accept international students. The fee for such programmes is around $35000 per year.
