No, MPH is not valid in the USA. Recognition in the United States may be limited unless you possess international exposure and experience in reputable organizations such as UNESCO or WHO. Opting to pursue an MPH programme in the US might be a more advisable choice than obtaining a degree in India.

Further, the validity and recognition of an MPH earned in India in the United States can depend on various factors, including accreditation of the institution and the specific requirements of employers or academic institutions in the US.

Yes, if you wish to have a career in a non-clinical field and move abroad. MPH is a good option. Also, in case, you decide to go to the USA for your MPH and later want to practice dentistry, it'll be a great step for your admission to a college for DDS.

I hope this helps you. Be free to share any problem you have. All the best for your bright future!

Eligibility for most of the colleges across India is as below. Public health being a multidisciplinary area, people can apply from a varied academic background. The minimum requirement for the course is at least 50% marks in any Bachelors degree from a recognised university in India and abroad. However, some colleges conduct their own entrance exams. Kindly name state/universities which you have shortlisted for specific answer so that I can populate the relevant information.
