Dear Shiv,
Any government university/college will definitely accept the NIOS student because NIOS is itself a government recognised institution. However, for private colleges, it all depends upon theory discretion. Ideally, they should, but they do not.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

To study abroad, you need 2-3 years of job experience. First, find a job suitable for you and prepare for exams like TOEFL, IELTS, etc.

Hi Malini,
It is difficult to specify an exact number, every college and university abroad provide scholarships to international students. The number of seats or scholarships they have depends on their internal policies. Scholarships are on merit. That is competitive. You can check your university website to learn more about the financial aid options.

Hi Harryraj,
Based on class 12th results, you can apply to SPP colleges. Since your overall academic profile is not strong admissions will be challenging but you can surely apply.

Maintain at least 8 CGPA. participate in various co-curricular activities and extra-curricular activities. Try to publish 1-2 papers when you are in the 3rd year. From now, focus on aptitude and written English. As you will become a mechanical engineer, so I would recommend you to go to Germany. Try to learn the German language from now. Put all the efforts, you will be the one who gets the best university.
Best of luck.

Your CGPA is impressive. The main thing here is your project. Publish the papers and make an amazing project it will maximize your chances of admission so focus on that. Else, everyone will tell you the GRE and TOEFL.

It depends on the merit list. Germany has various public fund universities and because of that, the competition is very humongous. Try to register for as many universities as you can so your chances are high for getting the admission.

There is no specialisation in BBA, it's a general course. In BBA you will study all the management subjects through which you will learn basics but for further studies you can choose international business to go abroad.
