Banks offer 80% of the total fee which includes your tuition, living expenses that is food, books, utility and other expenses and also the airfare. Whether it's 1 crore or less or more depends on the actual cost of education. Remember not every programme or course is eligible for a bank loan. It has to be a full-time programme, Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or Ph.D. The university reputation and the exact course also matters that is sometimes they don't offer loans for very niche courses. You can just go to your bank and inquire about the study loan to pursue higher education abroad.

57% is not a very bright score to get into colleges abroad but plenty of options to choose from. Just note that every college has different eligibility. You must have relevant education background, required grades, take tests such as SAT and IELTS etc. And also decide what to study. If you are interested to study computer Science you will find a number of programs such as information technology, software engineering, computer systems, gaming and animation etc.
