Dear Twinkle,
If you are willing to make career in PGDIBM, then I would say that be cautious and dedicated about yourself. Take admission in a college which has global reputation and be consistent throughout your studies and you don't need to worry at all for the scope of this course. You can find several rewarding jobs after completing PGD in international business programs. You can work as: International HR manager, Economist (policy maker for company), International trade specialist, Import compliance specialist and much more.

Instead of country, look for the institution. Generally, US have better institutions for this branch.

No, knowledge is a waste. So the scope is a broad term to ask for. So if you are looking for a challenging job then it definitely has a broad scope in India as government. People are already supporting Make in India concept which will eventually create a large opportunities in near future for sure and even as Entrepreneurship, government also supporting start-ups which have a lot of stories of success on Google, which is long-way of glory.

A composite score of 550 or above in the Management Aptitude Test MAT conducted by AIMA in either September/December 2017, makes you eligible to apply. One more requirement is that you must have 50%+ in all the semesters of your undergraduate degree.
Hope that helps.

Hi Arshad Damani,
Extremely low possibility. To get admitted with 60% in Germany, you must have an excellent research-oriented profile, publications, patent works, high-end internship and project work, outstanding recommendation letters, foreign languages, etc.
