Hello Teja,
These are some of the most competitive universities in Australia. The number of backlogs and the overall CGPA is not too impressive but he can stand a chance with very good SOP, projects, internships and of course LORs.

Hi, Harvard is one of the top ranking universities in the world and it will require a great deal of hard work to get into it. Academically you must be an outstanding student. Additionally you must have strong extracurricular activities. They look for all-rounders so you have to work on your profile accordingly. Excellent performance in your SAT, SAT subject test, TOEFL, strong SOP, LORs will also be required. Advise you to check the Harvard website to learn about the undergraduate selection process, prepare accordingly.

Hi, normally there are two main intakes - Fall (Aug/Sept) and Spring (Jan/Feb). Some universities also have a Summer intake (April/May) and a rare winter intake in December. The Fall intake is the one you should target as this is the widely available one and most preferred.

Hi, scholarships are awarded by the foreign universities and on a merit basis. Typically, you will be considered for scholarship at the time of application. Some universities may ask for additional essays etc. You have to check these on the university websites. Start and apply early for increased chances.

Hi, more than 5 backlogs is not accepted so I see very slim chances. Also your CGPA is not upto the mark for Canadian college. Please check alternate options like Australia or UK etc.

Hi, will depend on what you want to study. Apart from medicine and law there are no mandatory tests. However you must take the IELTS for UKVI to meet the English language requirements, this won't be waived off. To apply to UK universities you must apply via the UCAS common admission portal. Every university and programme has their requirements and deadlines listed on the UCAS website. Please check the portal and apply accordingly. All the best for the same.
