Swarthmore College is a private organisation that was set up in 1864. Swarthmore College is known for giving students the knowledge, understanding, abilities, and experience to become pioneers for the benefit of everyone. Presence of International students makes college more collaborative having culturally rich community. students from various backgrounds, faculty and staff contribute to inclusive community. A strong sense of open dialogue and engagement is a source of encouragement. Swarthmore's many centers and offices support this critical mission through events and campuswide programs, initiatives, and policies that address all members and aspects of the community.
