Yes, you can choose MBA in agriculture after completing graduation in BS Agriculture. But I would recommend you to choose the top B school in India only because it will help you to secure a good job after MBA in agriculture at the top firms.

Yes, you can pursue, because SIIB-Pune have not mentioned any specific eligibility criteria regarding this. The eligibility criteria is as under.
Eligibility: Candidate should be Graduate from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% for Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribes (ST).
