Hi Raaj, Selection for the candidate applying for law degree course will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in aggregate of all the subjects in the qualifying examination, excluding languages. In case where the language alone is the subject of the qualifying examination, the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the said examination may be taken into account, informs the official website. Candidates can apply for admission in the law programmes offered at Tamil Nadu Dr Ambedkar Law University on the basis of marks obtained by them in the qualifying examination.

Hi Raaj, In distance Education most of the universities and institutions conduct classes on weekend whereas In regular Education the internal exams are obligatory. If you wish to pursue your LL.B. with your job than you can pursue through distance learning. But for your reference this degree won't hold much value in the market. For admission in distance course there is no such entrance exam required. All the Best!

Lateral entry in any course is only possible in the second year and not in the third year and is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.
