Only Ambedkar University releases cut off for all affiliated colleges under them, so there is no specific cut off for each college.

Candidates can apply for a Tamil Nadu Nativity Certificate through the local Tahsildar's office or online via the Tamil Nadu e-Seva portal.

No, candidates from other states are not eligible for TANCET counselling under the regular quota, even if they have studied in Tamil Nadu. Only candidates who are native to Tamil Nadu and can produce the required Nativity Certificate are considered eligible. However, non-Tamil Nadu candidates may be eligible for admission under the management quota, depending on the college policies.

Candidates participating in the TANCET counselling must submit a Nativity Certificate issued by a competent authority such as a Tahsildar from the Government of Tamil Nadu. This certificate should confirm that the candidate or their parent/guardian is a native of Tamil Nadu. In some cases, certificates such as the Permanent Residence Certificate or Community Certificate indicating Tamil Nadu origin may be considered, but the official Nativity Certificate is preferred.

I think you should go for the SRM  for B.Tech biomedical or biotechnology or CSBS as it is well reputated college and it has the best lab facilities.

Yes, students are generally permitted to carry and use mobile phones in the hostels at NIT TrichyHowever, there are restrictions on their use within the academic zone (classrooms). The institute also provides superfast Wi-Fi in all hostel zones. But I request you to decrese your phone usage for your academic exellence. over using of phone may leads to decrease in your visual, hearing etc.
