There's no age issue for getting a Job once you complete your Ph.D. in Physicist or a Professor. You can pursue your Ph.D.

Hi, in order to become a professor, you should have a Ph.D in any subject, or else you could pursue your PG and appear for NET, and then could become a lecturer and this enables you for Ph.D too. Good luck.

D. El. Ed is Diploma in Elementary Education. D. El. Ed. A Diploma course. Through it, you can apply for PRT teacher, but B.Ed is a degree course, through it you can apply for TGT/PGT depending on your qualification, as you are graduated/postgraduate. D.El.Ed is valid up to PRT level.

Eligibility for becoming a lecturer in college is having post graduate degree. This, you have. Hence, you can definitely become lecturer. However, to progress further, you will need to do Ph.D. I would therefore advise you to go for it right now if it is feasible and possible.
