To become a English lecturer in India, the best way is to complete the masters degree in English Language and then apply for the UGC NET Exam.
The National Testing Agency conducts the UGC NET Exam for selecting the candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and for awarding Junior Research Fellowship.
So, by qualifying the UGC NET Exam, you can be a lecturer in insituites and colleges of India.

The UGC NET Exam is for all those aspirants who want to become lecturer or researcher after pursuing the Masters'. If you want to become a lecturer, then it is compulsory to pursue Masters. To appear in UGC NET Exam, you must secure at least 55% aggregate marks in postgraduation. The difficulty level of the exam is quite high, but if you prepare with the best study material & with a proper study plan then it will be easy to qualify it. The exam is conducted twice a year. Yes, there is an entrance test. you would get the application form in the official website of the college. I guess it will be out by February next year, do keep yourself updated with the date.

To become a lecturer after completing post-graduation, you should go for National Eligibility Test (NET). The NET Exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency to select the candidates for the post of Assistant Professor (Lecturer) and for the award of Junior Research Fellowship. As you have pursued MBA, you can apply for UGC NET Management subject. The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for this exam is
Post-graduation with minimum 55% aggregate marks
No age limits
The NTA conducts UGC NET Exam twice a year. If you are interested to appear then check the complete application process and apply for it.
