Part Time: A candidate has to attend classes on weekends. Full Time: A candidate has to attend regular classes (56 days a week). Hello, To become a lecturer you have to clear the postgraduation with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. After clearing this, the next step is to qualify the National Eligibility Test. The National Eligibility Test is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Through this exam, the candidates are selected for the post of Assistant Professor and for the award of Junior Research Fellowship. Here are some more details of UGC NET Exam -

Hello,
To become a lecturer, all you need to have is-
a postgraduation certificate, Should qualify the UGC NET Exam
So, If you have completed the postgraduation then its time to apply for the UGC NET Exam. Make sure that you have secured minimum required marks to qualify for this exam. The UGC NET Exam is conducted for 81 subjects. You will only eligible to apply for that subject from which you have pursued the postgraduation. Hello Aftab, As per your condition, if you clear the cut-off for Assistant Professor only then you will only eligible for Assistant Professor not for both JRF & Lectureship. As per the recent notification NTA will release the admit card for NET exam on 9th November 2019. It is mandatory for the candidates who are going to appear for the UGC NET Exam to enter in the exam centre. Download your admit card to check your exam center and prepare all the essentials in advanced. All the best for the exam. !

Hello, As per the UGC guidelines, the aspirants who wants to appear in the UGC NET Exam should apply for the subject in which they have pursued a master's degree. Candidates can also apply for the subject related to their master's programme. As you have completed the postgraduation in digital electronics and communication, you can apply for UGC NET Electronics Sciences.
