Hello Balbeer,
NET exam is mandatory to become assistant professor in college level. Some universities/institutes hire MBA graduates with industry experience for teaching. But In National level for Government colleges clearing NET exam is mandatory. You have another option pursue Mphil/Ph.D in any reputed university. You can get fair chances for teaching. As per general eligibility criteria, you should have at least 50% in either graduation or post-graduation to fill up the entrance exam form to be conducted by JMI. So, you are eligible.

Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate (47.5% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates) OR 55% in case of BE/B.Tech (52.25% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates) as per directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode.
Yes, you can get admission in B.Ed.

No, you can't get admission as you are not working.
