It's good to read that you have clarity on your future goals. Since you are keen on moving into academics line, I would advice you to appear for the UGC NET exam and enroll as a research student in a university. This will not only get you stipend but also give you the desired teaching experience.

Your initial salary depends on your position in the institution. MA Education has a very wide scope at this time. Rough idea of salary is:
For PRT is about 40,000
TGT is about 48,000
PGT is about 56,000
Professor is about 74,000
In private institutions depends on your capabilities. Good luck. If you satisfied with my answer, please upvote the answer.

Once you have a fair knowledge of the exam pattern and the syllabus of the exam you are preparing for, it is time for you to swing into action and start your preparation. You can get a lecturer job without net cleared. If you crack NET or SET exam, u will be given good salary as compared to those who don't have cracked net or set exam. If you want to clear this exam, you can watch videos related with net exam paper 1 and paper 2  for paper 1 and paper 2, study for paper 1 (general awareness, reasoning, maths, people and environment), Commerce net a achievers for paper 1 (research aptitude, teaching aptitude, ICT, Higher Education)etc. . I would like to suggest you to watch videos as these videos will provide you short notes with vast information. I hope this will help you. Thank you.

As you pursued B.Tech in Chemical Science. My advice is to choose M.Sc. To become a lecturer of Chemical Sciences. Once you complete the postgraduation in Chemical Sciences, you can apply for CSIR NET Exam. Hello Mehak,
If you want to be an elementary school teacher, you have to do ETT (elementary teacher training), which is of 2 years. You can also do B.Ed, if you are willing to become a teacher for secondary classes. If you want to become a lecturer in a college, you have to do post-graduation. Thank you.
