You must apply through job portals of relevant countries. Check LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc. Look up the net for country specific immigration policies, check their websites. You can also get in touch with an authorized immigration office.

Sorry, that won't be possible as the B.Ed is a full-time course in D.Y. Patil University and you need to attend the classes for the same. I would advice you to focus on your graduation and thereafter can take admission in B.Ed.

There's no age issue for getting a Job once you complete your Ph.D. in Physicist or a Professor. You can pursue your Ph.D.
