Yes, B.Ed offered at Tantia University is a part-time course and duration is 3 years. For admission in this course you must have completed graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% or Basic School Teaching Course with 2 years of experience.

After B.Tech, you are eligible for B.Ed. In B.Ed all subjects are compulsory for all either he/she is from science stream (B.Sc, B.Tech, etc) or arts stream (humanity, BA, B.Com, etc.)
and for the post of TGT, there is no direct post.

Once you crack UGC NET examination, he/she will be selected for Junior Research fellowship which will be paid or Appointed as a Assistant Professor in the Indian Universities and Colleges. But, to participate in this entrance test you have to fulfill the required eligibility criteria.
