You are advised to study up to M.Com and BE.d from a recognized university and make efforts to excel in studies for career as PGT.

One of the main routes into primary teaching is to do Initial Teacher Education or Training (ITET) and get qualified teacher status. To do this you must have GCSEs in English, mathematics and a science subject. You will also need clearance by the disclosure and barring service.

Opt for the second option, Ph.D. It gives you a good footing. You can become a regular lecturer in a good college and your salary will be good too.

First, you can improve your language. You can learn to speak fluently, in good language. You can learn English, even it is not necessary. You practice speaking loudly, so as to reach the entire class. Be punctual to the class and don't waste your time on unnecessary issues. Study your subject thoroughly and go to class, fully prepared. Dress well and maintain neatness. Clean your shoes, before going to class, as students watch everything.

No. You need to be post graduate for becoming assistant professor and must clear UGC- NET. For Professor, you need a PhD too.

To become a professor in a college, you require a PhD. BEd is a requirement to become PGT/ TGT in schools.
