If you want to become a lecturer then you have to clear the CBSE UGC NET Exam.
UGC NET is to determine the eligibility of Indians for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for Assistant Professor.
This Exam is conducted two times in a year - June & December.

In order to become a high school teacher minimum education qualifications required are postgraduate degree and B.Ed.

If your PGDM degree is approved by AIU as equivalent to MBA then you are eligible for appearing in UGC NET or doing Ph.D.

For which class, do you want the list?

Some institutions accept M.Phil.

A good PG, with a first class, Ph D, Publications and 8 years as an Assistant Professor, Seminars,Research Guidance and other factors can get a job as Professor in a University.
