Hello Giridhar,
There will be hundreds of colleges in every state. These are not ranked nationally. Hence it's practically impossible to say which college is better than other. I would advise you to seek admission in a better known college in your city.

For high school teaching, you need to have post graduation. It also depends on what a particular school is looking for I.e the educational requirement.

For becoming a lecturer in government college, you need to qualify UGC-NET exam. You need to have atleast Masters degree.

If you want to apply as a lecturer, then only your MBA may not serve the purpose as there is a hard competition in this field also and the candidates have a bundle of certificates to get the job.
Professional colleges also ask for M.Phil, UGC cleared, PhD, etc.
