You can do any of these as with b.tech you can pursue m.tech and teach in engineering colleges. With bsc physics + msc physics + net you can teach in other colleges too.
if you wish to teach in school, then go for b.ed.

To become a lecturer in english you have should complete Bachelor and than Master in english further you have to apply for NET exam or you can enroll for PHD programme .
Than you can apply for lecturer in any college .

Hi,To becoming a lecturer it is not necessary to having PHD degree. You just need to have minimum 55%marks at your post graduation degree than you can appear for UGC NET exam. If you could able to clear this exam there after you can apply for the post of lecturer at any colleges. hope i could help you
