Students having qualification or pursuing final year of any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or by the RCI, as the case may be) can appear in the respective category for which he/ she is eligible. As you are in first year of B.Ed, you can't fill up the form. For more details information you can see below link:

1. Check out the full syllabus and mark the important points as well as points in which you are weak so you can pay more attention to those.
2. Understand the exam pattern and check the topics which have more weightage in the examination.
3. Get the best available study material and books for your study.
4. Make a time table and follow it, do the revision of covered important topics on a regular basis.

You can give your CSIR NET exam in Mathematical Science. You can also apply for this exam even if you are in your final year of M.Sc. Before to apply, you have to check CSIR NET Eligibility Criteria. No, you are not eligible for NET exam with that percentage. The minimum required percentage if 55% (50% for reserved category). You should try to improve your score to be eligible.

Last date to fill UGC NET application forms was 30th March, now the date ended so you will not be able to fill the form until unless NTA extends the dates for filling the forms which is unlikely to be happening. NET exam is conducted twice a year so you can try for the next exam which will probably be conducted in December.
